  • 2010

    The Company was formed and began trading September 1st as a Franchise within the Express Worldwide Franchise system offering domestic and International shipping with our primarily global partners DHL, FedEx, UPS, FedEx and UK Mail Securing our first 50 customers by 31st December

  • 2011

    Moved into our first Company office and employed three staff to Manage the office and look to deliver outstanding “customer service” with a dedicated customer service representative Continued to grow the business with in the SME market achieving 100 daily shipping customers.

  • 2013

    We moved into a larger Company office to cater for a larger expanding team including three field sales Executives and three additional customer service representatives to provide first class Support to our 350 customers.

  • 2014

    We started our give back to the community program by sponsoring local football teams and local charities.

  • 2016

    Acquired our first owned Company building and it underwent a full refurbishment to cater for the growing team to deliver outstanding customer service as we reached the £3m in sales.

  • 2021

    Acquisition completed and the amalgamation of offices and staff to form a world class leading business delivering outstanding support for our portfolio exceeding £7m in sale and supporting over 1400 customers.

  • 2023

    Successfully moved to a purposed designed 6000 square foot office offering staff facilities to support their personal well being in line with the company core values. Business reaches £10m in sales through the dedication of the whole teams focus on delivering outstanding customer support and re-affirming the “customer centric” approach on a daily basis.

  • Why is there no signature for the delivery?
    Since COVID19 in 2020 all carriers moved to photographs and PGS for confirmed delivery status.
  • Do you offer a Credit Facility?

  • Why do I need a commercial Invoice?
    Appointed customs officer can calculate any applicable duties, taxes, and custom fees. Dependent on the HS Code and the incoterm provided Also illustrates what the goods are and the value of them.
  • Do I need a commercial invoice for Northen Ireland?
    Yes, despite the soft border, commercial invoices are required for NI shipments. However, we have carrier partners that can complete oral declarations to residential addresses only. In this case commercial invoice is not required.

  • What is volumisation?
    This is the method Carriers use to calculate the volumetric weight of large parcels basically the amount of space they will take up in the vehicle. LxWxH/4000 = volumetric weight, Carriers will charge based on the heaviest weight whether that is dead weight or volumetric weight.
  • What is Out Of Gauge (OOG)?
    This is where One side of the parcels goes over the Carriers Allowance also called a Long Length.
